Primary school teacher faces 534 sex abuse charges

schooladpA primary school teacher in the Beja area has been charged with 534 crimes of child sexual abuse, one of child pornography and another of ill-treatment.

The suspect, who has been in prison since last November, was arrested following a complaint by a pupil’s parents.

When he was detained, Judicial Police said that he has under suspicion since 2015 and that the teacher used his status to commit acts of a sexual nature.

One of the victims' parents complained to the police and when officers started to investigate, it soon became clear that there were many more children involved.

It is alleged that the teacher convinced selected children to go with him to a room in the school, in between classes, where he told them to undress and then caressed their sexual organs and kissed the children.

Paedophiles are not confined to any one country, they are unfortunately present in any society where children are present, so this is why parents should be vigilant to the change in a child's behaviour pattern. In this case the paedophile has been removed from normal society and is behind bars.

Yet again we hear of someone using their 'status' to avoid being policed. Under suspicion makes it clear that previous complaints had been made to what are laughingly called the 'authorities' but this ogre could not stop himself. Even after being 'outed'. Amongst so many other examples how does this differ from the University Rector diverting millions over the years into his own business yet so important he was allowed to be tried in closed session. On conviction recently getting a suspended sentence - like this important paedophile will no doubt do.
How will Pres. Micron's EU reforms deal with a country so retarded as Portugal that an entire strata of society is not bound by the basic universal laws of socially useful behaviour that the EU is supposedly promoting? So specially treated due to the bizarre honour system that these people cannot even be complained about even with issues like paedophilia. Until someone, finally, perhaps a foreigner parent, speaks out?
