Local elections - register YOUR vote

Local elections in Portugal will take place on Sunday 26^th September and all EU citizens and Brits have the right to vote.

If you have already registered on the electoral register you just need to turn up at the local polling station on the day, with your residency document, electoral card and passport.

If you haven’t already registered you need to do so at your local Junta de Freguesia by Monday 26^th July.

The Camaras are keen that as many people as possible use their vote to ensure the local services they need.
