Learn from one of the best, at 2 Self-Defense Workshops taking place at Pinetrees Riding Centre, Almancil - one for adults and teens, the other for kids age 8 to 12.
The workshops are taught by Stefan Forsman, a former Swedish Army Ranger, UN peacekeeper and arctic survival specialist.
Learn conflict avoidance, self protection, surrounding awareness, plus personal development and how to avoid bullying.
January 27th - Adults and teens, 9am to 6pm.
January 28th - Kids aged 8 to 12 (parent must accompany)
On the 28th an additional instructor will be present to help with the kids; In the attachment the flyers, the blue is for the adults and the orange is for the kids.
