This painting is to be exhibited in the forthcoming Algarve Artists Network “Artists for Hope” exhibition at Galeria do Santo Antônio, Monchique, from 15th February to 14th March 2024.
The official opening event will take place on Saturday 17th February, from 15h to 18h. All are welcome.
This painting has taken such a long time to reach a conclusion… but I had to stop sometime, not least due to the time constraint.
Based on a pretty magical drive home around midnight in August, through the woods of Barranco do Pisões, Monchique.
