Riding for the Disabled Barlavento took 4 excited NECI students to Porto for the finals of the Special Olympics on 23rd November in Porto.
Three of our riders, Raquel, Christina, and Sofia received Diplomas on the Wednesday night dinner for the highest results in the qualifiers in the Algarve region.
In the competition 1st class Raquel won Gold and Sofia was 6th. Second class, Lucelia won Silver. Third class, Christina won Silver. This was a fantastic result thank you to Sue and Angela for all their hard work.
