Discover the hidden Algarve in 2012 with 'Burros & Artes'. Sofia von Mentzingen and colleague Elsa Ribeiro offer a selection of donkey trekking and hiking experiences in the Western Algarve.
The walks vary in time and distance and venture in various directions, giving you opportunity to experience breathtaking hill, valley and coastal views.
The shortest is a half day tour, the average two to three days and the longest can take five days and cover 100 kilometres. There is something for everyone, in addition to the tours Sofia and Elsa provide leisure activities lasting from just 1h30 to 3 days for kids, families and groups at the donkeys home and surroundings.
