Portugal´s Law concerning non-certified tourism properties

Portugal´s Law says that it is ILLEGAL to promote non certified tourism properties (all that say "habitation" instead of "alojamento local" in the property documents), and homeowners or everyone else that is participating in this process will be subject of heavy fines and legal procedures, and this includes magazines, newspapers or internet pages.
