Yarinda Kabinpong - winner of the Rotary Club of Estoi Palace International 5th Annual Charity Golf DayThe Jack Nicklaus signature course was in superb condition and the competitors enjoyed the chance to play on this distinctive and challenging layout. On completion of their round of golf, the players had refreshments before an excellent 3 course lunch followed by the presentation of the prizes provided by AboutWine.

Playing in the competition for the first time, the winners were Nathan McKerlia and Yarinda Kabinpong. Many happy golfers left at the end of the day keen to participate again next year. Monte Rei Golf and Country Club’s superb professionalism helped Estoi Palace Rotary Club deliver another very successful event.

President Manuela Robinson congratulated the winners and thanked everyone including the generous support of sponsors Porsche Faro, AboutWine, Conrad Hotel and The Print Shop who participated and contributed. The event raised around 6000 euros and this will enable the Rotary Club to continue to help the underprivileged in the community including Estoi Casa do Povo, local schools, Riding for the Disabled and many other projects we support.
