Thanks to all who attended rides last week, let's hope the weather behaves for us this week!
Wednesday 22nd March
Bike Ride starting in Loule, we meet at Reis do Pao cafe at 09.15am ready for a 09.30am start. This will be a challenging ride of around 2 hours.
Saturday 25th March
Bike Ride starting in Sao Bras, we meet in the Lidl car park between the town centre and the by-pass at 09.15am, ready for a 09.30am start, this will be a challenging ride of around 40 kms with a café stop somewhere along the way.
Sunday 26th March
Bike ride starting in Paderne, we meet in the car park at the bottom of the hill at 09.15am ready for a 09.30am start, this will be a regular Sunday ride with a café stop somewhere along the way.
If you would like to come along to one of these rides, please do let me know either by text, e.mail or by confirming on Facebook via the Activity Algarve Bike Rides page ! If a ride has to be cancelled for any reason, such as bad weather, then notification of cancellation will be via text, so please make sure that I have your mobile phone number !
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any ride if less than 5 people are signed up for the ride ! So please sign up by 6pm on the evening prior to the ride, if you intend to come.
If in doubt about your health or you have a medical condition that may be affected by exercise, then please consult your GP before joining a ride. Riders must wear a safety helmet for their own protection. Price for participation is €5 per rider per ride.
Riders are responsible for their own safety and should be able to ride competently on a variety of road surfaces and traffic conditions. You participate in these rides at your own risk and no person(s) or organisation(s) can be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to yourself. Activity Algarve have an accident insurance policy in place and you may be covered by this for any particular ride. To be covered, you must e.mail your full name and date of birth to email@example.com at least 24 hours before any ride that you wish to be covered for !
Riders should also make sure that their bike is well maintained and in good and safe working condition and carry at least one spare inner tube and a pump.
